The Journey: Intake Schedule Information

About: The Journey Program is a twelve-month small group learning and practice experience that runs alongside a one-year Untold Stories Studio community membership. This program is focused on well-being, self-care, and stress recovery goal mapping supported by workshop-style learning, coaching, and practice. When you are registered in the Journey Program, you become an Untold Stories Studio community member for one year. All member benefits and accesses, including Community Sessions and Member Perks are available to you for the duration of your program.

Exceptional Value Added: Taking steps towards improving your mental health and well-being is not easy, especially when there is a cost involved. Celebrate your win! Signing up for the Journey Program gets you:

  1. A diverse workshop format that combines interactive, small group learning, coaching and practice around topics related to stress recovery, self-care, mental health and well-being.
  2. Monthly sharing circles to learn about different experiences, share challenges, and celebrate wins.
  3. Regular goal check-in and feedback meetings.
  4. 12-months of studio community membership, which allows you to explore other valuable community sessions and resources.
  5. The option to attend The Journey Program workshops and meetings at different times, depending on your schedule.

The one-year commitment: I fully recognize that this approach to mental health and well-being support is not for everyone. To some, the idea of committing to a year long self-help or self-improvement program sounds like a challenging task. You may be worried that you will get bored or fall behind when other things come onto your plate. Maybe you are worried that you might not like the workshop experience or that the program might ask you to take a look at long buried and repressed feelings that you are not ready to face.

It might be helpful to know that these kinds of worries are the things this program has been designed to address. If you are concerned about the time for attending live-online workshop meetings, know that you can choose between two meeting time slots. We ask that you register for the time that you think will best fit your schedule. If you happen to miss your regular workshop time, you could attend the other one.
