Wellness Programs

We help employers develop sustainable programs that improve their workplace culture, elevate leadership capacity, address critical stress factors for staff, and reduce workplace tensions and conflicts. Our deliverables include initial needs assessments, implementing group or individualized training, and following up with ongoing support and measurements to maximize your return on your workplace wellness investment.

Skill-Building Courses

We work with traditional and hybrid workplace models to deliver individualized team training through our comprehensive 10-week Introduction to Mindfulness online course. Team members can complete the course within a set time, attend integration meetings online, and display the soft skills they earn from this training with digital micro-credential badges.

Presentations & Workshops

Our presentations and workshops are designed and delivered from a trauma-sensitive and experience-focused lens using well-researched, secular, and inclusive mindfulness, conflict transformation, and behaviour design techniques that are suitable for the workplace.

Group Retreats

We host groups of up to 12 people for personal development and team retreats. Retreat packages include a tailored workshop with integrated workplace mindfulness training and options for local outdoor experiences. Retreats are hosted at our studio in Pinawa, Manitoba.

Our Process

Our process begins with a complimentary consultation session. We want to learn about you, your goals, and your team's needs. We will also discuss your expectations, timelines, and budget.

Once we determine how we can best match your needs, the good work begins. We will schedule one or more meetings to collaborate with you or a designated team member. We will work together to refine your intended training outcomes. This includes doing a baseline assessment of where your team is right now so that we can implement a training program that delivers real results.

Depending on your needs, we require a two- to four-week turnaround time for your first training deliverable. We also require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your training dates.

We love tracking outcomes, and we hope you do too. We follow up with post-training reports and will give you the information you need to assess the ongoing impact of your investment in your team's wellness and well-being.


I now have a better understanding of the power of self-awareness. Having taken the time to come here early in the morning for this workshop and hearing Dr. Creary start the session with “take a moment to realize that you are here, and you should feel good that you took this step” was such a great start to my day.
