Workshops & Programs

I facilitate online and in-person programming that weave together mindfulness practices, narrative and phenomenological inquiry, conflict transformation techniques, and fun writing and art making exercises.

My goal is to create interactive, engaging, and practice-filled learning opportunities that can help you unwind and de-stress in the moment, while also teaching you skills that you can draw on to manage conflicts and stressors, (re)construct your identity, and improve your mental health and well-being in the long-run.

I offer structured online and in-person workshops on mental health skill-building, writing, journaling, conflict transformation, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MCBT) techniques.

New workshops are added frequently, and most workshops are recurring. I invite you to join my email list to get the latest news about new workshops and registration openings.

Good to Know: 

There is a 7-day refund and withdrawal policy on all workshops, except retreats and micro-workshops. Once a workshop begins, there are no refunds for withdrawals and no-shows. However, depending on the circumstances, you may transfer your workshop fee to a future workshop or retreat. These situations are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch if you have questions.
