We start with stories...
You might call them something else – perspectives, mindsets, purpose, challenges, lived experiences, or life events. We call them stories. Stories are representations of your experiences and choices, and you express your stories in different ways. From the way that you process your thoughts and emotions to the way you manage manage your conflicts and stressors, you are constantly telling and listening to stories about yourself, your relationship with others, and your place in the world...

The theme for August is ‘Practicing Gratitude for Mental Wellness.' We are using the 30-Day Re-storying Gratitude Challenge to teach-show-do gratitude as a mental health and self-care practice.
